Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been verified under your account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC Account before processing. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected.
YestoWin reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, processing may be temporarily delayed. All Account balances, bet amounts, and bonus values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, or as otherwise displayed on the withdrawal page. YestoWin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions, but third-party processing fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral credits, and other promotional incentives offered by YestoWin are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet minimum odds or stake thresholds specified in the promotion will not count towards wagering requirements.
YestoWin monitors player activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may face account suspension.
Referral bonuses are awarded when a referred player successfully registers using your unique referral link and completes a qualifying first deposit. YestoWin reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties. During a suspension, the Player's Balance will be held pending investigation.
YestoWin may permanently close an Account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Player has provided false or fraudulent information; (c) the Player's conduct is found to be abusive, threatening, or harmful; or (d) it is required to do so by law or by direction of a licensing or law enforcement authority. Upon permanent closure for breach, any Balance attributable to bonus funds will be forfeited.
